How the municipality tailors decidio — from appearance to roles and permissions.
Overview
In live operation requirements grow. The settings bundle every adjustment in one place: the appearance of the public pages, the configuration of the topic areas, the roles within the team and the alignment with the municipality's external communication.
How it works
In the settings area several sections open. In the profile section the municipality's master data is maintained — for example address and contact details. In the brand section logo, colours and typography can be adjusted so that the public site fits the municipality's external communication.
In the team section people are invited and roles are assigned. Roles determine which areas a person sees and which actions they may carry out — from read-only triage to four-eyes approval.
Topic areas, committees and legal texts are also maintained in the settings. Changes appear on the public site promptly.
Common tasks
Invite a colleague
- In the settings open the team section.
- Click "Invite person" and enter the e-mail address.
- Pick the matching role and send the invitation.
- The invited person confirms the invitation through the link in the e-mail.
Adjust a role
In the people list pick the person concerned, change the role and save. The change takes effect on the next sign-in of the person.
Adjust the appearance
- In the brand section upload logo and colours.
- Review the preview.
- Save the changes — the public site picks up the new appearance.
