Agenda and decisions
How requests reach the agenda and how decisions become publicly visible.
Overview
A session becomes actionable through its agenda: which requests are discussed, in which order — and which decision is taken? decidio models this path without replacing a complete meeting protocol.
How it works
In the inbox requests can be attached to a session directly. They then appear in the agenda of the responsible committee and their public status switches to "planned for session". The submitting person and supporters are informed about this status change.
After the session moderation captures the outcome per request. As soon as the session is marked as "decided", the result becomes part of the public status page of the request. The status page then shows the traceable chain from initial triage to the decision.
A protocol link can additionally be attached to the request once the official meeting minutes are available. Residents can follow the link from the status page.
Common tasks
Add a request to the agenda
- Open the request in the inbox.
- Pick the "Attach to session" quick action.
- Pick the session and the desired position in the agenda.
- Confirm the assignment — the status changes visibly.
Capture a decision
- After the session open the entry in the agenda.
- Record the outcome and add reasoning if needed.
- Mark the session as "decided" once all outcomes are in.
Link meeting minutes
In the detail panel of a request store a protocol link. The link afterwards appears on the public status page and provides full traceability.
