Reports and exports

How data is prepared for sessions, administrative software and proactive hints.

Overview

Not every analysis fits onto the dashboard. For sessions formal reports are produced, for administrative software data is exported and for the administration itself there are proactive hints. decidio bundles these paths under one area.

How it works

The council report is produced as a PDF and contains the overview relevant for a session: which topics are pending, in which processing state the requests are, which decisions are upcoming. The report is intended as a template for the session package and can be exported in adjusted form.

For data exports tabular formats such as CSV and Excel are available. They contain the fields that are processed further in the municipality's specialist software — from a simple list of requests to detailed evaluations per topic area.

Proactive hints inform the administration when patterns change — for example a new focus in the incoming requests or a longer processing duration in an area. The hints are an invitation to review; they do not replace a case-by-case assessment.

Common tasks

Generate a council report

  1. In the reports area pick the council report.
  2. Set the report timeframe and the committees to include.
  3. Generate the report and download the PDF.

Export requests as CSV or Excel

  1. In the exports area pick an export type.
  2. Set filters — for example timeframe, status or topic.
  3. Start the export and download the resulting file.

Handle proactive hints

Hints appear in the administration interface. Open the hint, review the referenced requests and derive measures if appropriate — for example additional capacity in an area or clarification in a session.
